The principles behind our second-to-none service
We have no wish to make any profit from our Membership fee. Over the last 17 years Thailand Connections have come across literally hundreds of gentlemen who have paid large sums of money to various agencies in advance before they have even met a lady! We felt as a discerning family-run Company that you should only pay for results and not for promises! We also felt that introduction agency services should be governed like any other where, if a service was not of high quality or does not do the job you paid it to do then, you should be entitled to a full refund and you should not pay for failure! If you did not meet your ideal partner through our Membership then we refund your Membership fee.
In about 20% of cases our customers meet one of our UK lady members and there are no further services required or charges made. Our main service is of course Thai ladies from Thailand. In these cases, when you meet your ideal partner, in about 80% of cases we are able to provide extra services such as Immigration Visa services for the Thai lady or marriage licence services and we make a small profit from these. Incidentally, at this point our price match promise kicks in to ensure we can never be beaten on price on any extra services we provide.
We have always been sceptical of any agency charging high fees before you've even met a lady as this does not instil much confidence in the customer as to how successful the agency may be in achieving results. High prices do not always mean best service! At the other end of the spectrum you have to be very careful of ridiculously cheap Membership services or blind dating through the Internet, as we know very well that to provide this service professionally and properly with the team and infrastructure in place, it cannot be done without substantial running costs. Please don't end up as another statistic and fall into the trap of thinking you will meet a wonderful true traditional Thai lady any other way than by going through a reputable agency such as Thailand Connections who will guide you each step of the way. In addition, all our lady members have a 40 minute interview and must produce documented evidence to prove their background and status which is overseen by us with our 52 years of collective management experience.
Obviously many more gentlemen prefer to join our Membership and use our introduction service than any other due to our fair pricing structure and the no-lose situation we offer. Our policy has produced a knock-on effect over the years because our Thai ladies also know they have the best opportunity of meeting their partner through Thailand Connections as we have more gentleman members than other agency.
Our Credit Cruncher…………………
As our set-up costs and the Company infrastructure were paid for such a long time ago we felt it was time to provide a completely non-profit making Membership service. During the recent Credit Crunch we have found more gentlemen have joined our service in 2009 than ever before, clearly looking for happiness and the feel-good factor that is lacking in the world at the moment. As a result of this success we have been able to freeze our charges for the fifth consecutive year and we are now even offering a £50 discount from our standard Membership fee and in doing so provide our Membership at cost price! Now our Membership service only covers the Membership package, necessary staffing and advertising costs with absolutely no profit to us. We simply have to prove to you our ability and commitment when you join! Thus, if we don't introduce you to the right lady we cannot benefit from any other revenue from your Membership and indeed would refund your Membership fee.
The only thing we require is that customers must keep all options open with our Membership and be prepared to travel if need be. Clearly it would be impossible to predict whether your ideal Thai lady partner is going to come from the UK or from Thailand before you join.
